I can't sign in
Double-check the email address. Magic links expire after 1 hour — request a fresh one. Still stuck? Email support.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Me screen and tap "Delete account". This removes your profile, sessions, and messages permanently.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. InConversation is a reflective companion, not a clinician. If you're in crisis, call 988 (US) or your local emergency number.
