By using InConversation you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
What InConversation is
InConversation is a conversational support tool powered by large language models. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, legal advice, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, call 988 (US) or your local emergency number.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share access. One person per account. You must be 13 or older.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the app to harm yourself or others.
- Don't attempt to extract the underlying models, reverse engineer, or abuse the API.
- Don't use the app for illegal activity.
AI output disclaimer
The agents generate responses using AI. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your own judgment. Don't rely on the app for critical decisions.
Subscriptions and purchases
If you buy a subscription or consumable through the App Store, Apple's terms also apply. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policy.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close yours any time.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
